PLOT In the future, The Department of Repose, a branch of the government that facilitates and rewards suicides by issuing $100k settlements to the families of H.E.R.O.E.S. (Humans Electing Repose Optimizing Earth’s Sustainability) to combat overpopulation in impoverished cities, is held hostage by a desperate father that demands more than the office can give.
