San Diego's only entirely community-inspired production company Circle Circle dot dot is excited to launch the first-annual "Inspired Community" New Play Festival this April 18th & 19th at Bread & Salt in San Diego, CA. The company, who prides themselves on creating nothing but original performance pieces derived from true-life stories and communal conversations, is excited to open the doors of their process to local audiences with the hopes to gain feedback on 4 original scripts that the organization is considering for to produce in the future. They are launching this first-ever reading workshop festival to invite audiences to hear the new pieces that are in various states of 'completion' so they may have a say in the outcome of the work that is being produced by the company, and take part in a more 'hands-on' process of script creation. The festival will present readings from the 4 following new plays that have been carefully selected by the Circle company for development:
